“I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the Decinar journey through participating in the Chief Executive Forum facilitated by Securitor within the BT Financial Group.

The aim of the Decinar journey is to gain greater awareness of my own leadership style, value people for who they are, instil modern leadership values, foster authentic relationships, become an astute negotiator, inspire my team and learn winning leadership strategies.

The thought-provoking material provided by Decinar, Ian’s gentle guidance, and his concise delivery promoted captivating group interaction. It resulted in an excellent learning experience. Of greatest value to me were the 360 Degree Feedback, the realisation of how powerfully our own state of being influences our leadership style, and the direct impact of this on the people close to me. Being aware of this and gaining a better understanding of personality profiles within our practice is of great benefit now and into the future.

As small to medium size business owners we do not often get the opportunity to share and reflect on our situation. The daily experience of running a business combined with leadership of the people within are a demanding combination. To have access to the Forum and be challenged to think by way of the Decinar journey indeed delivered an excellent outcome.
