Decinar Leadership Modules - A self-leadership and people leadership program

Program Content & Duration

This Second Edition of Decinar has twelve modules, each with a group workshop in our virtual classroom.

Each group workshop conversation takes 2.0 – 2.5 hours online in GoToMeeting, a total of 24 – 30 hours together.

Modules 1 – 5 relate mostly to self-leadership. Modules 6 – 12 relate mostly to people leadership.

Schedule the workshops 2 – 3 weeks apart over 6 – 8 months or so.

Hard Copy Notes

Decinar’s comprehensive notes need a total of about 2 hours pre- and post-reading per workshop.

Add insights and personal action points during the workshops.
